RATES

FOR MOBILE RV REPAIR SERVICE

TRIP FEE: $100

-We charge a minimum of $100 on-site trip fee for our drive to you. The rate is $3 per mile. $100 covers the round trip cost within 33 miles from Spririt Lake Marina. Each mile outside of the 33 mile radius will be billed at $3 per mile each way until we are back into the covered radius. The farther we have to travel, the more the cost will be.

-Each service call is charged a trip fee even if we are already in the same RV park or area.

-We use Spirit Lake Marina  in Duluth,MN as our starting point. (we are unaffiliated with Spirit Lake Marina)

-Return trips for same issue have no additional trip fee unless specifically stated


SHOP RATE: $150 PER HOUR

-The shop rate starts once we arrive at your location and the work begins. -Minimum to inspect and diagnose is 1 hour.  

*Do not confuse the "shop rate" with an "hourly rate" – they are not the same thing.  Shop rate is determined by an industry standard guidebook. Service may take longer or less time.*

-Additional charges maybe applied if a unit is difficult to access.

- If Technician assistant is needed onsite there will be an additional $50 an hour charge for the duration of trip.



AFTER HOURS SHOP RATE: $200

-Our regular hours are Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

-Weekends and Nights are considered after hours and are priced at $200 per hour.

-Holidays are priced at $250 per hour. (This includes all federal and state holidays.)

*If we are running behind schedule and arrive to your site after hours or have to reschedule for a weekend end time slot, the regular hour rate will be honored*

A Trip Fee of $5.00 per mile (minimum $200) will apply for services that take place After Hours, Weekends and Holidays.


Warranty Work Rate:$200

-All warranty work is subject to company discretion, if it is accepted it will be billed at $200 per hour.

-The Price reflects dealing with warranty companies and long hold times, and other hurdles required to handle warranty claims.

*All waranty work is at company discretion and may be turned down for any reason*

-Black And Grey Tank Work: $250 Per Hour

-Black and Grey tank work will be billed at $250 per hour due to sanitation hazards

-All Black and Grey Tank work will Require a tank cleaning prior to work beginning, (Black Tank: $200 Grey Tank: $150)

*all Black and Grey Tank work is at the discretion of the Technician and may be turned down for any reason*



Parts Markup And Additional Charges

Parts Mark Up: 10%

-All parts and supplies purchased and delivered onsite are marked up 10% of the average regular local retail price. This excludes discounted promotional prices of items on sale or discounted for any reason.

- If customer supplies parts we have no warranty on the part or labor cost for any reason. 

*unless specifically approved by management, we do not install used parts*



Shop Supplies Charge: 3% of Total Invoice

-To keep trucks stocked with various sealants, hardware, and general shop supplies. We charge a small percentage of every total invoice, rather than charging every customer the full price of whatever was used in small amounts.



Credit Card Processing Fee: 3% of Total Invoice

-Credit card processing companies will charge a fee of 3% of total invoice for processing the transaction
